Meet the Crew!
These are the makers, creators, and problem-solvers who bring every vision to life. Each team member brings their own unique talents, adding a special touch to every project.

Laura Cotter

Artist/Fabricator

AKA Fiberglass Fairy

BIO:

With a foundation in woodcarving and a talent for just about everything, Laura is a true jack-of-all-trades. Whether she's painting, sewing, sanding, or sculpting with her beloved fiberglass, you'll find her hands in nearly every part of the creative process.

FUN FACT:

Laura likes long walks in the woods and intimate conversations with goats.

Brandon Blair

Artist / Fabricator
AKA The Metal Master

Bio:
With a background in metalwork, woodworking, and tattooing, Brandon brings a sharp eye for detail and a strong artistic sensibility to everything he creates. His metalwork is on another level—equal parts precision and artistry.

Fun Fact:

He only joins us for lunch when pizza is involved.

Ellie Batson

Artist/Fabricator

AKA Mascot Maker

BIO:

With a background in art and a degree from the Savannah College of Art & Design, Ellie is a master of cut-and-paste creativity. From intricate builds to bold designs, she can bring just about anything to life—trust us, we’ve tested it!

FUN FACT:

Ellie once worked at Disney World and got to experience the magic across all four parks.

Sunny Ware

Textile & Paint Specialist

AKA Sunshine

BIO:

A California transplant with serious skills, Sunny is a powerhouse in the sewing room and the shop. She spent years working on cruise lines as the go-to for wardrobe, mastering the art of making performers look show-ready — even if all she has to work with is a paperclip and a shoestring. Sewing might be her superpower, but it’s far from her only one. Sunny can paint, draw, and jump into just about any project you throw her way.

FUN FACT:

She’s also exceptionally talented
at giving Jim a hard time… which the crew considers an essential job duty.

Martin Million

Production Specialist

AKA Mr. Reliable

BIO:

If something needs to get done, Martin is the guy you call. He shows up, gives 110%, and tackles whatever task is in front of him — no complaints, no drama, just solid work. Whether it’s building, fixing, hauling, or helping wherever he’s needed, Martin does it all with quiet skill and humility. He may not brag about what he can do, but the rest of us definitely notice.

Fun Fact:

He's rumored to be making a strong run
for Employee of the Month.

Jim Wright

Project Manager

AKA Mastermind

BIO:

With over 12 years in the field and more than 35 years of craftsmanship under his belt, Jim is a true jack-of-all-trades. His woodworking is mesmerizing, but he's just as skilled with sculpting, fiberglassing, and painting. When a challenge arises, Jim is the go-to guy for creative problem-solving.

FUN FACT:

He also creates half the problems

that need to be solved. :)

Heather Wright

 Creative Director

AKA Art Nerd

BIO:
Heather holds a BFA from Ringling College of Art & Design and has spent over 7 years in the entertainment design world. With 15+ years of professional sewing experience, she’s a powerhouse when it comes to mascots and costumes. Beyond the sewing room, you'll find her sculpting, painting, designing—or giving Jim a hard time.

Fun Fact:
She pours her blood, sweat, and tears into every project. Literally.

Some of our projects include work for:

  • Anakeesta
  • Gatlinburg Convention & Visitors Bureau
  • Ober Mountain
  • The Escape Game
  • WonderWorks
  • The Island in Pigeon Forge
  • Biltmore
  • Paula Deen's Family Kitchen

Our process

All projects start with a consultation during which we will discuss your specific needs and ideas. From there, we can determine the best course of action to bring your vision to life.

For most projects, a concept drawing or design will be provided for your approval before work begins. The timeline for completion will be determined based on various factors such as the size, quantity, and complexity of the project.
